Dr. Alla Tsimerman

Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Alla Tsimerman is dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine, as well as aesthetic and antiaging medicine. She is a Doctor of Osteo­pathic medicine. She has over 10 years of experience in treating pa­tients. As a DO, she is trained in a whole-person approach, focusing on prevention, con­cen­trat­ing on methods to allow body to restore, maintain and stay youthful and healthy.

Samantha Tsimerman

Aesthetician

Samantha Tsimerman is a medical aesthetician who found her passion in skin care. To her, healthy skin is a lifelong journey that requires intention, care and expertise. It goes beyond quick fixes and surface-level products. Her mission is to provide healthy, glowing skin with physician-formulated and aesthetician approved treatment. Our clients will face every stage of their vibrant, colorful life with confidence and courage.

Irina Beyder

Treatment & Product Specialist

Irina Beyder is a wife and mother to 2 beautiful children and a professional who has worked in the corporate world as a business leader and marketing expert. She shifted her career to the spa industry and now to Better Me Medical Spa taking on the role as a treatment and product specialist.

Irina went through her own health struggles and fertility hurdles that took its toll; however, she refused to let it define her and always did her best to look better than she truly felt, as she is a firm believer in “You look good, you feel good!”

This phrase took her as far as helping her friends and co-workers on their shopping journeys to buy the right fitting clothes, to the hair salon to help them figure out what hair color would look best, to the super market because they wanted to eat healthier, to various fitness classes together and now to helping members of the community select the ideal medical spa treatments and products to help them look and feel their best!

Her own self-care and healing journey lead her to functional medicine and self-care so much that it became truly a self-fulfilling mission to share with others!

Through her own experiences, education, and constant aspiration to be a healthier and better version of herself, she is now committed to apply her passion to another level here at Better Me Med Spa and Wellness Center!

Emily Dasilva

Aesthetician

Emily Dasilva is a licensed medical aesthetician and laser technician at Better Me Medical Spa. Her love for the Aesthetics world began when she struggled with acne and looked for ways to treat her skin. She quickly fell in love with everything skin and developed a passion for lasers! Her goal is to always make people feel beautiful and
confident.

Maria M. Schafer, RN, BSN

Nurse Injector

Maria is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with over 20 years of experience injecting neu­ro­tox­ins and dermal fillers. She recently moved from Philadelphia, where she worked with several world-renowned plastic surgeons. Maria loves to educate her patients and formulate treat­ment plans specific to the patient’s autonomy and desired aesthetic outcome. Maria performs safe and effective injectable treat­ments that are consistent with each specific product.
